Before you ask
All questionsHow is my order packaged?
Plain packaging with no branding on the outside, and a sender name on the label that is not the shop name.
What will show up on my bank statement?
A neutral trading name that does not describe what you bought. The exact wording is shown to you at checkout and is repeated on your order confirmation, so you know what to look for before it appears.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at checkout and you see the amount before you pay. Orders over 99 dollars are delivered free.
When will it arrive?
We pack quickly and the rest is the carrier. You get an email when it is on its way, with a tracking number when the service carries one.
Can I return something?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene and safety we cannot accept an intimate product back once the seal is opened, unless it is faulty. Return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
What does body safe mean?
It means the material touching you is non porous and does not leach: body safe silicone, borosilicate glass, stainless steel or ABS. Body safe silicone is non porous, phthalate free and easy to clean with warm water and a mild unscented soap. Non porous matters because a porous material cannot be fully cleaned. Where a material matters we name it on the product page, and a description that will not name one is usually hiding it.
